Carmen and Santos Salon was founded in June of 1990 by Edenia and Digna Villanueva. Our modest salon had 2 hair stations in a 12’X14’ room at the Redwood Apartments in Kenner. Since then, we have built a 3,500 sqft custom-made hair salon and spa with 11 hair stations and multiple private rooms. In December of 2005 we added the entire AVEDA product line to our new Florida Avenue

location and the MoroccanOil product line was added in April of 2011. Our second milestone was the opening of our second salon in April of 2015 in Metairie.

Our clientele is diverse and we love catering to all hair types. We also offer waxing services for male and females and specialize in Brazilian waxes, which is one of the most popular services for both genders
